Swartz Design and Engineering, PLLC is a licensed professional engineering firm practicing building engineering and site design. Our team has a wide range of experience spanning from residential projects to large industrial park projects.
Our Firm offers building engineering services for industrial, commercial, and residential design including; layout design and planning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering. We also offer site design engineering on a case by case basis including; site layout, grading plans, storm water management, erosion control, and site utilities. We specialize in unique projects requiring creativity and problem solving.
Other services include: marine dock designs, structural analysis and design, structural inspections (new, and existing), load bearing wall removal consultations and designs, retaining wall design, and more!

Jeffery J. Swartz, PE
In 1996 Jeff Swartz obtained a degree in Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis from the Pennsylvania State University and has since worked for several reputable firms in the north and southeast. He started a part-time business in 2002 providing CAD Services. In 2003 he became a licensed engineer and in 2004 he became a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Swartz began a full time business providing civil and building engineering services in January of 2010.
